Alterations

If your new suit doesn't fit you absolutely perfect the very first time you try it on, then take it to any one of your local tailors and we will credit you up to $50 of the alterations cost on your next purchase.  All you have to do is send us the bill and make sure to update your measurement profile, so that your next purchase will fit you perfect.

Shaw & Co. will review and issue you a credit within 48 hours of submission. You are entitled to apply for alterations credits within 1month after receiving your order.

Remakes

If for some reason the suit is deemed unalterable or it is not exactly what you expected, then simply send it back and Shaw&Co will remake the suit free of charge until you are completely satisfied.
You are entitled to apply for the remake within 7 days after receiving your order.
